Position: Sales Manager - Cybersecurity

Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 150,000gross

Job Requirements:
📌Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
📌At least 4 years of sales experience in IT security, enterprise software, web services, or a related industry
📌Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or sales management role
📌Strong background in account management, CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), sales forecasting, and pipeline management
📌Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and present cybersecurity solutions effectively

Job Responsibilities:
✅Drive sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets
✅Lead, coach, and support the sales team
✅Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast
✅Build and manage relationships with clients and key accounts
✅Identify and pursue new business opportunities
