➡️Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
➡️Days Off: Two days off per week (shift schedule; may include weekends)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➡️JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Non-Passer.
➡️Open to Male or Female
➡️Excellent English communication skills is a big plus.
➡️Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development in the retail industry or at a real estate company is a big advantage
➡️Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduate applicants with experience in the related role.
➡️Age 30 to 43 (flexible depending on experience and skills)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➡️Visit and conduct property area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, and sales estimation.
➡️Negotiate with Filipino / Japanese managers regarding leasing and contract terms including the discussion of construction and asset classifications
➡️Create competitor Analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends and rival strategies.
➡️Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations
➡️Work with the other department to boost the stores on social media and collaborate with other departments to make sure our current locations stay successful.
