📍Position: Field Welder (NCII)
📍Company Industry: Construction Company
📍Work Location: Laguna
📍Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00pm)
📍Salary: Salary: Php 17,000 - Php 19,000 gross
📍Work Set Up: Working onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Must be a High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate.
✅ TESDA Welding Certification is an advantage.
✅ With at least 1–2 years of experience in construction welding works.
✅ Knowledgeable in various welding methods, techniques, and equipment operation.
✅ Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and welding layouts.
✅ Familiar with workplace safety standards and proper handling of welding tools and equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Perform welding activities for construction projects, metal structures, and related components.
✅ Review and follow welding plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
✅ Operate welding machines, tools, and equipment safely and properly.
✅ Conduct inspection of welded joints and surfaces to ensure quality and strength.
✅ Carry out repairs and maintenance on damaged metal structures and equipment as needed.
