One of the biggest firms around the world is hiring Japanese HR Helpdesk. The company is fortune 500 firms known to have branches inside and outside the Philippines. This consultancy firm are supporting global firms with Japanese employees.

Position: Japanese HR Helpdesk (No Experience needed)
Salary: P 70,000 to P 85,000 Gross
Work Day: 5 days a week
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Industry: Global Consultancy Firm
Work Arrangement: Work onsite
Location: Quezon City

Requirements:
Can speak Japanese (Filipino)
Conversational Japanese since Japanese is 50%
With JLPT n2 OR n1 certificate
Open to Non JLPT holders but stayed in Japan for 10 - 15 years
Can speak English (50% English & 50% Japanese)
Open to graduate and undergraduate

Duties and responsibilities:

This is an HR helpdesk role to provide support to employees
Handle email, chat and calls from Japanese internal employees
The Helpdesk will be under Employee compensation department
Maintain accurate Japanese employee records in HR and payroll systems.
Assist employees with payroll inquiries, salary breakdowns, deductions, and benefits.
Provide clear explanations of payroll policies and procedures to Japanese employees
Prepare payroll-related reports for management and audits.
