☑️Salary: Php 25,000-35,000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S. or B.E.)
• Valid professional certifications or licenses in Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, schematic drawings, PLC/HMI/SCADA systems
• Excellent problem-solving, crisis management, and team coordination skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily operations of electrical and mechanical systems during assigned shifts
• Monitor parameters, observe trends, and respond promptly to malfunctions or power failures
• Execute preventive maintenance routines and conduct root-cause (Why-Why) analysis for recurring breakdowns
• Manage, guide, and schedule shift technicians and tradespeople
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations (LOTO, Permit-to-Work), WHS standards, and electrical codes
• Document shift activities, maintenance tasks, faults, and equipment availability in plant systems
