Position: Sales Head
Salary: Php 150,000 - Php 200,000
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Company Industry: Logistics Company
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Work Set Up: Work On Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
📌Bachelors Degree holder
📌With 5 years of working experience in business development or sales operations.
📌With experience working in Logistics Company or Freight Forwarding Company.
📌At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
📌Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📌Establish and pursue sales targets and revenue objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
📌Lead the overall business development program, evaluate and quantify opportunities, and oversee proposals, quotations, and contractual agreements.
📌Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients; handle escalated situations with professionalism.
📌Supervise business developers and other team members.
📌Develop departmental budgets, allocate funds for new initiatives, collect and analyze metrics.
