~ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
~ Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or in Japan
~ Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
~ Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
~ JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage
~ Experience with SAP Finance processes and workflows
~ Hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI), and Controlling (CO) modules, including S/4HANA Finance
~ In-depth understanding of finance business processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts ~ Receivable, Asset Accounting, etc.).
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions
~ With working experience in the required SAP skills for at least 1 year and above
~ Willingness to work in both main sites, which are in Manila or Cebu
~ The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
~ Applicants located in Japan or in any locations can apply

📌📌JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Work with clients to understand their financial business processes and translate them into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA
~ Configure and implement SAP FICO functionalities such as General Accounting (GL), Accounts Receivable/Payable (AR/AP), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), and Project Systems.
~ Develop and maintain financial reports using SAP tools to provide insights into financial performance and costs.
~ Participate in testing cycles and provide ongoing support after system go-live to ensure a smooth transition
~ Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function and implement changes using SAP solutions.
