Job Requirements:
☑️Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
☑️Strong foundation in validation, quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and leadership
☑️Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
☑️Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and MDSAP standards
☑️Excellent skills in communication, documentation, and team management

Job Responsibilities:
☑️Lead and supervise validation engineers and staff in process validation activities
☑️Plan, organize, and manage validation projects, including OQ and PQ tasks
☑️Prepare, review, and approve validation protocols, reports, and related documentation to ensure compliance
☑️Align QMS processes with ISO 13485 and MDSAP requirements
☑️Monitor product registration status and oversee timely certification renewals
☑️Develop and implement training programs to maintain staff competency and regulatory adherence
☑️Oversee product quality, manage nonconformance investigations, and drive corrective actions
