✨Position: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor
✨Company Industry: Manufacturing (Electronic Switches & Components)
✨Work Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
✨Work Schedule: Full-time, Regular Shift (Monday–Saturday)
✨Salary: Php 25,000-Php 30,000
✨Work Set Up: On-site

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred) or related field
✨3–5 years of proven experience as a Production Head or Supervisor in manufacturing
✨Strong leadership and team management abilities
✨Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
✨Self‑driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently

Job Responsibilities:
✨Supervise and lead production teams to achieve output and quality goals
✨Plan, monitor, and manage production schedules in line with customer demand
✨Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues using advanced techniques
✨Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
✨Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize waste
