REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa.
✅Open to Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
✅Having at least 5 years of hands-on SEM and Google Ads experience.
✅Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), keyword research, bid management, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
✅Having an experience in Google Ads Certification and experience in industries such as iGaming, Sports Betting, Sportsbook, Online Casino, PIGO, FinTech, or E-commerce is a big advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Baidu Ads, and other search engines.
✅Conduct keyword research for Mandarin-speaking and Chinese-speaking markets.
✅Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, partners, and regional teams.
✅Support campaigns targeting Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other Chinese-speaking markets.
✅Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, advertising policies, and industry trends.
✅Ensure compliance with company guidelines and advertising platform policies.
✅Utilize analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Baidu Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console.
✅Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
✅Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
