Position: Japanese Customer Relationship Specialist
(No Sales Experience Required)
Industry: Japanese company (Telecommunication)
Salary: Php 100,000 - P 110,000 (Very Negotiable)
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Days off on Weekends (5 days a week work)
Work Setup: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
☑️ For Japanese Nationals or Japanese Native Speakers
☑️ Basic to conversational English
☑️ No Sales Experience required
☑️ Work experience related to hospitality or graduates of HRM, tourism
☑️ Must have work in hospitality or Hotel related customer service
☑️ Sales Background from any field is ADVANTAGE but not required
☑️ Bachelor’s Degree in any course or Highschool undergraduates
☑️ Has ability to coordinate with Japanese Business owners
☑️ Willing to undergo Training to maintain customers
☑️ Willing to be trained for marketing and customer relationship

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
☑️ Maintain current relationship with existing clients
☑️ Coordinate with clients from time to time for their request
☑️ Coordinating with new clients and assisting them with agreement
☑️ Answer inquiries of Japanese Owners, or Japanese managers
☑️ Responsible for understand the needs of the partner company
☑️ Constant communication to monitor the service provided
☑️ Offer the partners with new packages or upgrades if needed
☑️ Attend meetings with clients if needed
☑️ Discuss the agreement and contract if needed
☑️ Personally visit clients to check the partnership and renewal
☑️ Discuss proposals when client has concerns
☑️ Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese Clients
☑️ Identifying new business and aligning solutions with client needs
