REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
✅Previous experience in the iGaming, online gaming, e-commerce, or related digital industry is an advantage.
✅Strong familiarity with websites, backend systems, and operational platforms, with excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
✅Demonstrates strong accountability, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Evaluate product features, user journeys, operational workflows, and interaction logic from an end-user perspective to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.
✅Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain operational data, reports, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
✅Monitor, document, track, and follow up on production issues, system defects, and bug resolutions, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely closure.
✅Provide operational and administrative support for cross-functional projects, initiatives, and ad hoc business requirements.
✅Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Product, and other internal teams to address requests, resolve issues, and ensure smooth business operations.
✅Manage user permissions, account access, and related administrative activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
✅Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
