REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✔️Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.
✔️Open for High School graduates and Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration.
✔️Having experience in the casino industry is an advantage.
✔️At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or hospitality.
✔️Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✔️Assisting international guests, specifically Chinese nationals.
✔️Assist Mandarin-speaking customers with membership registration, account inquiries, and rewards program transactions.
✔️Process redemption of rewards, complimentary items, gifts, transportation, food and beverage vouchers, and room accommodations according to company guidelines.
✔️Providing customer service maintains a professional working relationship with patrons.
✔️Ensures Chinese guest preferences are kept updated for ease of reference.
✔️Responsible for managing customer relations and enhancing the experience of VIP guests at a casino
✔️Keeps all VIP staff informed of all necessary information.
✔️Develops new customers and maintains existing customers for Table Games. Obtains credit information to establish credit lines.
✔️Provide the most polite and comfortable assistance to guests
✔️Assist Mandarin guests with game-related inquiries
