Salary: Php48,000 - Php 60,000 gross
Schedule: Hybrid Setup - M and F - Work at Home | T, W and TH – Onsite

Job Requirements:
📌Experience in B2B sales and account management.
📌Proven experience working with distributors or resellers in the technology or IT industry (hardware or software).
📌Background in vendor management and partner relationship management.
📌At least 1 year of BPO experience is preferred.
📌Experience or knowledge in cybersecurity is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
✅Provide day-to-day support to channel partners, distributors, and resellers regarding products, programs, and processes.
✅Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure a positive partner experience.
✅Assist partners with inquiries related to orders, pricing, promotions, product information, and account management.
✅Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
✅Monitor partner performance and provide recommendations to improve sales and operational efficiency.
