Job Requirements
📌Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; candidates with strong AI project portfolios may also be considered.
📌5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI application development using Python, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and AI agents.
📌Strong expertise in REST API development using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks, as well as workflow automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, or Make.
📌Experience with cloud AI platforms, vector databases, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and end-to-end AI solution deployment.
📌Proven experience in leading AI projects, making technical decisions, mentoring developers, and using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.

Job Responsibilities
✅Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI applications, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
✅Design and maintain scalable APIs and integrations connecting AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and business applications.
✅Manage the full AI project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution architecture to development, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and documentation.
✅Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers while promoting best practices in AI development, security, testing, and code quality.
✅Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to identify business needs, evaluate AI technologies, recommend scalable solutions, and drive successful project delivery.
