JOB REQUIREMENTS
👉Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field
👉4 years and above experience in Technical Support, Production Support, or Backend Engineering within a SaaS or API-driven environment
👉Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST & SOAP APIs, Postman, 👉SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and Linux/Unix
👉Experience using Splunk, ELK, or Datadog for system monitoring and troubleshooting production issues
👉Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kafka/ActiveMQ/RabbitMQ, JIRA, and basic knowledge of Angular, HTML, and CSS is highly preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✅Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents involving backend services, APIs, and integrations
✅Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and work with Engineering teams to implement permanent solutions
✅Debug REST and SOAP API integrations using Postman and other diagnostic tools
✅Monitor application health, logs, and system performance using observability tools
✅Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support continuous process improvements
