☑️ Salary: Php 20,000–25,000 Gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
👉 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related field
👉 At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
👉 Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and production processes
👉 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
👉 Willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉 Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
👉 Conduct inspections and identify quality issues to prevent production defects
👉 Prepare quality reports, production records, and documentation
👉 Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns
👉 Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
