JOB REQUIREMENTS:
👉 At least College Level or College Graduate
👉 With at least 1 year of experience as a Production Sub Leader in a Japanese manufacturing company
👉 Experience in handling 20 or more production operators
👉 Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
👉 Knowledgeable in assembly line operations and production processes
👉 Flexible, willing to handle other production-related tasks, and can start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉 Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved
👉 Monitor assembly line operations while maintaining quality and safety standards
👉 Lead, train, and guide production operators to improve productivity and performance
👉 Prepare production reports and monitor output using MS Excel and other reporting tools
👉 Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
