☑️ Work Schedule: Full-time, Regular Shift
☑️ Salary: Php 30,000–40,000 Gross
☑️ Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
👉 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field
👉 Experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment
👉 Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), validation, and regulatory compliance
👉 Familiar with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and MDSAP standards
👉 Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉 Lead and supervise the QA team in validation and quality assurance activities
👉 Plan, organize, and monitor validation projects, including OQ and PQ activities
👉 Prepare, review, and approve validation protocols, reports, and quality documentation
👉 Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDSAP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
👉 Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous process improvement
