JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Filipino applicant with proficiency in the German language
✨Bachelor's degree, vocational diploma, or educational background preferably in IT or a related field
✨Open to undergraduates and associate degree holders
✨Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
✨Familiar with software applications, including Microsoft Outlook
✨Previous experience in a BPO environment or Technical Support role is an advantage
✨Available to start as soon as possible (ASAP)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Provide support to clients and customers through phone, email, and web-based channels.
✅Handle customer inquiries related to repair, maintenance, and support services.
✅Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
✅Prepare accurate reports and documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
✅Record, monitor, and update customer interactions and case details in the database.
✅Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
