Company Profile: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) Sales to lead business growth, manage dealer and project sales channels, and oversee the CAC, VRF, and Chiller product portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, industry expertise, and a customer-focused mindset.

✅Budget: Maximum of P250,000.00

Qualifications
📢Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
📢At least 10 years of experience in the HVAC or related industry, including 5 years in a leadership position
📢Demonstrated success in dealer/channel management and project sales
📢Strong knowledge of Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) systems, including market trends and technologies
📢Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and working with regional or global stakeholders

Responsibilities
📢Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies for Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC), including VRF and Chiller products
📢Grow and manage dealer networks and project-based sales channels
📢Partner with HQ and product teams to support product development and market localization
📢Represent the CAC business unit in cross-functional meetings and strategic initiatives
