Position: Japanese Admin / Medical Interpreter
Company Industry: Japanese Medical and wellness center
Work Location: Cebu City or Makati City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 75,000 💸
Work Schedule: Dayshift (9AM to 6PM)
Working Days: 5 days a week

📌JOB REQUIREMENTS:
📌Open to Japanese National
📌Open to JLPT N1 and N2 Passers/Level
📌No JLPT Certificate required
📌Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
📌Experience in translation/interpretation in Medical terms is a big advantage
📌Ability to understand patient and client’s need and medical assistance
📌Can handle appointment set up with customers and Japanese patient

✅JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Interpretation between Japanese patients and doctors and vice versa.
✅Become the Japanese help desk the medical center and wellness
✅Answer inquiries and Welcome Japanese walk in patients and customers
✅Coordinate with Japanese doctors for schedule and appointments
✅Provide Doctor schedule and available time for check ups and appointments
✅Approve schedule request and assist Japanese customers after check up
✅Answer inquiries about health card requirements and online payments
✅Talk to the Japanese patient about their medical concerns for appropriate tests, doctor, medical expertise needed.
✅Remind Japanese Customers about upcoming Online or F2f consultation
✅Answer inquiries about online consultation and online reservation
✅Work as interpreter for Japanese patient and doctors or vice versa
✅Ensure that patients and customer are satisfied during medical consultation
