Position: HR Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Midshift (3:00 PM – 12:00 MN)
Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 40,000
Work Set Up: Work On site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
✨With at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Team Lead or HR Supervisory Role.
✨With BPO experience is an advantage.
✨With experience handling DOLE cases.
✨Amendable to work onsite.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Lead recruitment, screen candidates, conduct final interviews, and manage onboarding.
✨Guide daily work for junior HR staff, set goals, and review performance.
✨Resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievances, and guide staff on company rules.
✨Ensure adherence to local labor laws, update personnel files, and manage company policies.
✨Monitoring employee output, tracking metrics, and giving both positive and constructive feedback.
