Position: Japanese Logistics Staff
Industry: Japanese Logistics Company
Location: Cebu
Salary: P 80, 000 Basic Salary (Highly Negotiable)
Work Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Requirements:
✨• Native Japanese
✨• Can speak English
✨• Conversational in English and few Tagalog words
✨• Degree Holder / Undergraduates with experience
✨• No experience required
✨• Logistics background is a plus
✨• Experience in freight forwarding is an advantage
✨• Willing to do business travels in NCR

Responsibilities:
✨Understand the Japanese customer’s need for delivery
✨Attend meetings to discuss the company proposals and rates
✨Prepare agreement and rates for Japanese client’s reference
✨Answer inquiries via email or call about the services
✨Ask the items, services and cargo for transportation
✨Arrange domestic and international shipments
✨Contact clients and send quotations and proposals
✨Prepare shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of landing)
✨Translate Japanese business documents and emails to English
✨Bridge between Japanese customers, internal teams and management
