📌JOB REQUIREMENTS:
~ Filipino who can speak Japanese (N1- N2 Level)
~ No JLPT certificate needed.
~ Business to a fluent level in Japanese language.
~ Open to a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
~ With technical skills in Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
~ Ability to analyze customer data, usage patterns, and feedback to identify trends and guide strategy.
~ Knowledgeable in using digital communication platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom for virtual meetings and client interactions.
~ Ability to coach team members and review the work of other professionals.
~ Ability to learn new industries and product offerings quickly, with comfort using AI tools.
~ With prior SAP knowledge, specifically with EHS modules
📌JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Guide customers through product setup and usage to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
~ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins.
~ Address customer problems promptly and escalate them to the right team when needed.
~ Gather and analyze client feedback to suggest product improvements and feature upgrades.
~ Maintain clear and accurate documentation for quality assurance.
~ Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to share customer insights and align strategies.
