Position: Japanese Logistics Admin Staff

Location: Cebu
Salary: P 80, 000 Basic Salary (Highly Negotiable)
Work Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday to Saturday

📌Requirements:
📌Native Japanese
📌Can speak English
📌Conversational in English and few Tagalog words
📌Degree Holder / Undergraduates with experience
📌No experience required
📌Logistics background is a plus
📌Experience in freight forwarding is an advantage
📌Willing to do business travels in NCR

✅Responsibilities:
✅Understand the Japanese customer’s need for delivery
✅Attend meetings to discuss the company proposals and rates
✅Prepare agreement and rates for Japanese client’s reference
✅Answer inquiries via email or call about the services
✅Ask the items, services and cargo for transportation
✅Arrange domestic and international shipments
✅Contact clients and send quotations and proposals
✅Prepare shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of landing)
✅Translate Japanese business documents and emails to English
✅Bridge between Japanese customers, internal teams and management
