A construction firm committed to delivering engineering, installation, and construction services for building systems — including electrical, mechanical, electronic, and communication infrastructures.
✅Position: Head Design Engineer - Electrical
✅Industry: Construction
✅Location: Makati City
✅Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
✅Salary Range: Php 50,000 – 100,000 gross
✅Work Setup: Onsite
Job Requirements
📌Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
📌Registered Electrical Engineer (REE); Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) license preferred.
📌At least 10 years of experience in electrical design and cost estimation, with 5+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
📌Skilled in modern CAD software; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
📌Willing to report onsite in Makati City.
Key Responsibilities
📌Lead planning, design, and development of electrical systems for projects of varying scale.
📌Source, evaluate, and negotiate supplier quotations (local and international).
📌Supervise and guide the Electrical Design & Estimation team for efficient project delivery.
📌Prepare and review technical specs, drawings, cost estimates, and profit plans in coordination with clients and consultants.
📌Endorse proposals, estimates, and profit plans for approval by senior management.
📌Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and client requirements.
📌Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
