📌Position: Electrical Project Estimator
📌Company Industry: Construction Company
📌Work Location: Laguna & Pampanga
📌Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📌Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 30,000 Gross
📌Work Setup: Onsite

Job Qualifications
☑️Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
☑️Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer is an advantage but not mandatory.
☑️At least 2–4 years of experience in electrical engineering, construction, or related projects.
☑️Experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or project costing is highly preferred.
☑️Strong knowledge of electrical systems, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and cost estimation.
☑️Familiarity with construction standards, engineering practices, and relevant building regulations.

Key Responsibilities
☑️Prepare quantity take-offs, material estimates, and cost computations for electrical construction projects.
☑️Develop accurate project cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations, and budget proposals.
☑️Monitor project expenses, material consumption, and overall costs to ensure projects remain within budget.
☑️Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, and project plans to support accurate cost evaluation.
☑️Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective planning and efficient project execution.
