📌 Position: Boom Lift Operator (NCII)

📌 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📌 Salary: Php 18,000 – Php 20,000 Gross
📌 Work Setup: Onsite

Job Qualifications
☑️High School graduate or Vocational graduate.
☑️TESDA NC or a valid Manlift Operator certification is an advantage.
☑️At least 1–2 years of experience operating manlifts, aerial lifts, or other elevated work platform equipment.
☑️Knowledgeable in the proper operation, handling, and safety procedures of manlifts and similar access equipment.
☑️Familiar with workplace safety standards, equipment inspection, and preventive maintenance practices.
☑️Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in different construction site environments.

Key Responsibilities
☑️Operate manlift equipment safely and efficiently to support elevated work activities on-site.
☑️Perform daily pre-use and post-use inspections to ensure equipment is safe, functional, and ready for operation.
☑️Safely transport workers, tools, and materials to elevated work locations as required.
☑️Follow company operating procedures, safety guidelines, and government health and safety regulations at all times.
☑️Monitor equipment performance and immediately report any malfunctions, defects, or maintenance concerns.
☑️Coordinate with supervisors and project personnel to ensure safe lifting operations and proper access to work areas.
☑️Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
