JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: A well-established construction and engineering company specializing in the design, installation, and construction of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, electronics, and communication infrastructure solutions.
📌 Position: HVAC Technician (NCII)
📌 Company Industry: Construction Company
📌 Work Location: Hermosa, Bataan
📌 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📌 Salary: Php 18,000 – Php 20,000 Gross

Job Qualifications:
✅High School graduate or Vocational graduate with a technical-related course is preferred.
✅TESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing (RAC) is an advantage.
✅At least 1 year of experience as an HVAC, Air Conditioning, or Refrigeration Technician.
✅Able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and material specifications.
✅Experience working on construction projects or building services is required.
✅Knowledgeable in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Perform refrigerant charging, preventive maintenance, and routine servicing of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
✅Diagnose equipment issues and carry out corrective repairs to restore optimal system performance.
✅Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical components of air-conditioning and HVAC equipment.
✅Ensure all installation, maintenance, and repair activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
✅Conduct regular equipment inspections and recommend necessary repairs or replacements to prevent system failures.
✅Maintain service records, inspection reports, and other technical documentation related to completed work.
