Job Qualifications
📌High School graduate or Vocational graduate; candidates with a technical-related background are preferred.
📌Experience in duct fabrication, duct installation, or HVAC-related work is an advantage.
📌Knowledgeable in duct fabrication, installation techniques, and preventive maintenance procedures.
📌Able to read and interpret duct layout drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
📌Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for ducting and fabrication work.
📌Physically fit and willing to work on construction sites across different project locations.
📌Comfortable working at heights and in various site conditions while following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
📌Fabricate, assemble, install, maintain, and repair HVAC ductwork and air distribution systems.
📌Read and interpret approved duct layout drawings, technical plans, and project specifications to ensure accurate installation.
📌Measure, cut, shape, and assemble duct components according to project requirements and industry standards.
📌Ensure proper alignment, secure connections, airtight sealing, and high-quality workmanship during duct installation.
📌Inspect completed ductwork to verify compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
📌Coordinate with project supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned installation and fabrication tasks.
