JOB DETAILS :

A Japanese manufacturing company specializing in the production of programmable switches and high-quality electronic components for global markets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

👉 Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or any related field
👉 With 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
👉 Background in Production Planning is an advantage
👉 Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
👉 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
👉 Fast learner with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

👉 Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) for production and parts processing
👉 Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and production requirements
👉 Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer orders and shipment schedules
👉 Prepare import/export documents and process PEZA permits when required
👉 Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods and report discrepancies
👉 Assist in coordinating production requirements to ensure smooth and timely operations
