☑️ Work Location: General Trias City, Cavite
☑️ Salary: Php 30,000–35,000 Gross
☑️ Work Set Up: Onsite
☑️ Work Schedule: Shifting

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

👉 Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering course
👉 With at least 2 years of experience in manpower supervision or team handling
👉 Hands-on experience in plastic molding / injection molding processes
👉 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
👉 Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite and preferably can start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

👉 Supervise daily molding production operations to achieve production targets and quality standards
👉 Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
👉 Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements
👉 Coordinate machine maintenance and assist in troubleshooting production issues to minimize downtime
👉 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operational standards
