Position: Spanish Banking Services Associate

Schedule: Rotational Schedule
Days Off: 2 days per week

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Filipino who can communicate in Spanish (Conversational to Fluent).
✔️ Foreign nationals with permanent residency in the Philippines may also apply.
✔️ Open to college undergraduates (completed at least 2nd year), associate degree holders, and graduates.
✔️ No work experience required – open to career shifters.
✔️ Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
✔️ Willing to undergo customer service training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients in the US.
✔️ Assist customers with information regarding bank branches, schedules, banking services, and fund transfers.
✔️ Support clients with account opening concerns, card requests, and basic banking assistance.
✔️ Respond to inquiries related to account balances, duplicate charges, and bank documentation.
✔️ Escalate complicated concerns such as fraud cases and specialized requests to the appropriate team.
