Position: Japanese IT Compliance Analyst
Company Industry: Financial Firm
Work Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 100,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid set up (3 days work from home and 2 days onsite per week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
✅ Filipino who are JLPT N1, N2 Passer/Level
✅ JLPT Certificate is not a requirement
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, IT, Management Information System (MIS) or relevant field
✅ 1-2 years of experience as IT Audit, IT Compliance, IT Risk Consultant, Information Security Analyst, or other related roles preferred
✅ Good Japanese and English Communication Skills
✅ Good understanding of the Assurance process and project lifecycle.
✅ Ability to work effectively as a team, showing excellent collaborative skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Act as the main bridge of communication between local audit teams and the management of Japanese clients.
✅ Evaluate client information technology systems and business processes to ensure data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliances
✅ Inspect corporate financial software to find security gaps or system weaknesses that could lead to reporting errors
✅ Review, verify, and translate technical records, system activity logs, and corporate policy guidelines between Japanese and English
✅ Present official audit results, risk evaluations, and clear steps for fixing system issues directly to Japanese leadership
✅ Evaluate internal security rules and automated settings within major global business software and financial platforms
✅ Provide clear guidance to internal staff and regional clients on how to follow technical laws and prevent security risks
