JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in Spanish Language.
✅ With or without Spanish language certificate.
✅ Also open to Associate, Vocational or Senior High School graduates.
✅ With at least 1 year Helpdesk, Service Desk, IT or Technical Support experience.
✅ Preferably with Spanish Bilingual experience.
✅ Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
✅ Can start as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Assist Spanish-speaking clients with technical concerns through calls, emails, chats, and other support channels.
✅Identify issues and provide appropriate troubleshooting steps to help resolve technical concerns.
✅Deliver clear and friendly support in both Spanish and English.
✅Keep detailed records of customer concerns and solutions, and refer complex cases to the appropriate team.
✅Perform other related tasks.
