Company Profile: One of the most trusted companies specializing in securing websites, devices, and online transactions through advanced digital certificate technologies is currently expanding its team. The company serves clients across various Asian and European countries and is now looking for a Mandarin Technical Specialist to join their growing organization.
Position: Mandarin Technical Specialist

Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Salary: Php 90, 000
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
✅Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor’s degree in any course.
✅Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
✅Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
✅Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
✅Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.
✅Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
✅Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
✅Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
