REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅ Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese candidates who are proficient in Mandarin and English
✅ Fresh graduates and professionals with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Relations, Law, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
✅ Background in vendor risk management, including onboarding, screening, assessment, monitoring, and compliance reviews, is preferred
✅ Knowledge of risk research tools and experience assessing UBOs, PEPs, sanctions, watchlists, corporate structures, and financial risks
✅ Familiarity with ESG, modern slavery, human rights, and reputational risk
✅ Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills
✅ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
✅ Experience using due diligence platforms is an advantage
✅ CAMS, CFE, or related certifications are a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅ Conduct background checks and reputational risk assessments on individuals and organizations to identify possible risk indicators
✅ Perform desktop research through public records, databases, company registries, and adverse media sources
✅ Investigate potential concerns involving sanctions, litigation, financial risks, and other compliance-related matters
✅ Review corporate ownership structures, beneficial ownership, political exposure, business relationships, and other relevant risk factors
✅ Analyze business registrations, financial documents, certifications, and other supporting records
✅ Prepare accurate and well-structured risk assessment reports and recommendations
✅ Identify and escalate potential red flags while recommending appropriate risk mitigation or acceptance actions based on company policies
✅ Assess risks related to modern slavery, forced labor, human rights, ESG, and third-party risk management (TPRM)
✅ Stay updated on relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
