REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
💠Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
💠Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
💠Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
💠Having at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
💠Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
💠Mandarin Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
💠Work closely with department managers to understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
💠Source qualified Mandarin-speaking candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
💠Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, language proficiency, and overall job fit before endorsing them to the hiring team.
💠Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
💠Maintain accurate recruitment records, update applicant tracking systems, and prepare regular recruitment reports to monitor hiring progress.
💠Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
