📌JOB REQUIREMENTS:
~ Filipino who can speak Japanese, English, Filipino
~ Filipino who speak Japanese (Fluency is required)
~ Open to Half Japanese or Half Filipino
~ Open to JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-passer (No JLPT certificate required)
~ Must be business level or higher level in Japanese Language
~ Good English Communication Skills
~ Graduate of any 4 year course (Any course is okay)
~ No work experience required because training is provided
~ Training is conducted by Japanese Trainer and Manager
~ With Strong mind and great customer relationship skills
~ Can Build professional relationship with clients

📌JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Maintain great, professional and healthy relationship with clients
~ Conduct monthly checking, visits or F2F meetings for updates
~ Attend meetings with the Filipino and Japanese clients
~ Serve as the main point of contact of clients for any training requests
~ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key Japanese clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
~ Provide administrative support to the Management
~ Respond promptly to client inquiries, feedback, and requests in Japanese and English with high attention to business
~ Evaluate leads and identify high-potential opportunities.
~ Work with marketing to enhance sales strategies.
