✅Salary: Php 32,200 – 50,000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
📍Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Engineering Management, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
📍With experience in construction management, store renovation, fit-out, or engineering supervision; retail/F&B experience is highly preferred.
📍Strong knowledge of project scheduling, site supervision, quality control, and project coordination.
📍Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; fluent in English.
📍Must have a valid driver’s license, can drive cars and motorcycles, and is willing to travel nationwide.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📍Manage pre-construction activities, including design coordination, drawing review, quotations, and documentation.
📍Oversee store renovation and construction projects, ensuring proper scheduling, quality, material usage, and compliance with standards.
📍Coordinate with franchisees, contractors, designers, mall management, and internal teams to resolve project issues.
📍Handle engineering permits, approvals, site inspections, completion, rectification, and store turnover requirements.
📍Maintain project records and prepare progress reports, dashboards, and updates using Microsoft Excel; conduct nationwide site visits.
