REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
✅Having 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning, Product Design, or other related fields.
✅Proven experience in creating and documenting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
✅Hands-on experience with product analytics and performance-tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
✅Familiarity with AI-driven products, creator economy ecosystems, fan engagement solutions, and related digital platforms.
✅Experience working with social media platforms, creator-focused applications, subscription-based services, digital content products, and online communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Create intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms based on business and user requirements.
✅Work closely with product managers, developers, operations teams, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to translate requirements into product designs.
✅Produce user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize product concepts and features.
✅Gather user insights, analyze behavior data, and recommend design improvements to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
✅Establish and manage design systems, UI guidelines, and product design documentation to ensure consistency across platforms.
✅Participate in product planning, testing, and implementation, ensuring designs are accurately executed and aligned with business goals.
