JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Filipino candidate proficient in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
✔️ Open to Senior High School graduates, undergraduates, and Bachelor’s degree holders.
✔️ Experience in Spanish Technical Support or Helpdesk is preferred.
✔️ BPO experience in any Spanish-speaking role is accepted.
✔️ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Provide assistance and support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding their inquiries and concerns.
✔️ Handle and resolve customer service requests and basic technical or system-related issues.
✔️ Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team for further resolution.
✔️ Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records while providing excellent customer service in Spanish and English.
