Position: Salesforce Service Cloud Support Specialist
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 35,000 gross
Work Set Up: Hybrid (Onsite once or twice a month)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
✅1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-focused technical support role
✅Strong written and verbal English communication skills
✅Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and XML; working knowledge of Medallia and Salesforce.com Service Cloud is an advantage
✅Demonstrated ability to drive customer experience improvements and quickly adapt to new tools and processes

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📌Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience through timely, expert guidance
📌Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions, issues, and routine service requests
📌Prioritize cases effectively and respond to inquiries with speed and accuracy
📌Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to resolve complex technical issues
📌Support the client's broader business objectives and take on additional tasks as assigned
