COMPANY PROFILE: It is known as a Japanese largest home and furniture retailer, this company operates more than 1,000 locations nationwide.
▶️Position: Japanese Property Specialist

▶️Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 120,000
▶️Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
▶️Days Off: Two days off per week (shift schedule; may include weekends)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
▶️JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-Passer.
▶️Open to Male or Female
▶️Excellent English communication skills is a big plus.
▶️Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development in the retail industry or at a real estate company is a big advantage
▶️Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduate applicants with experience in the related role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
▶️Visit and conduct property area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, and sales estimation.
▶️Negotiate with Filipino / Japanese managers regarding leasing and contract terms including the discussion of construction and asset classifications
▶️Create competitor Analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends and rival strategies.
▶️Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations
▶️Work with the other department to boost the stores on social media and collaborate with other departments to make sure our current locations stay successful.
