※ Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

📍JOB REQUIREMENTS:
※ Filipino who can speak Japanese
※ JLPT Passer and Non-Passer from N1 - N3 Level
※ Bachelor's Degree or undergraduate applicant.
※ Good communication skills in Japanese and English
※ Must have extensive experience in an HR role or General Admin tasks
※ Able to handle HR communication with different departments
※ Can work as soon as possible
📍JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
※ Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases, leave records, and personnel files in compliance with local labor regulations.
※ Coordinate orientation for new hires, prepare employment contracts, and manage exit clearance processes.
※ Oversee day-to-day office operations.
※ Help organize events, activities, and company guests.
※ Actively monitor workplace dynamics to identify and resolve operational or employee disputes before they impact productivity or morale.
