JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: This is a global Information Technology and Contact Center in the Philippines. Based in Canada, This firm expanded in the Philippines and currently in need of foreign language speakers such as Swedish, German, Polish, Latvian and other foreign languages.
Position: Swedish Service Desk Support
Industry: Global Contact Center
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Rotational Shift bust mostly Swedish office hours
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)
Requirements:
🔵 Proficient in Swedish Language and basic English
🔵 Open to Filipino who speaks Swedish or Swedish National
🔵 Graduate or undergraduate of college (open to high school graduate)
🔵 Knowledgeable in Computer application
🔵 Has basic knowledge of Customer Services and BPO set up
🔵 Interested in assisting Swedish customers with their concerns about their newly bought gadgets or software.
🔵 Willing to undergo training for customers and answer most common questions professionally
Responsibilities:
🔵 Assist Swedish customers with their concerns about a specific account
🔵 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers who are using the product
🔵 Attend to inquiries of customers about the computer’s Concerns
🔵 Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
