Company profile: A multinational professional services company that brings sample to Insights solutions.
Position: Senior Data Analyst
Company Industry: BPO Industry
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Night Shift | Hybrid
Salary: Php80,000 gross (Negotiable)
Job responsibility
✔Managing master data, including creation, updates, deletion, and processes.
✔Support process owners in defining and implementation of new Salesforce.com (SFDC) features.
✔Quality control testing of new and existing features.
✔Present data solutions and reports to all levels of the organization to include Executive management teams.
✔Ensuring SFDC data is kept up to date and aligned with our SAP systems.
✔Data validation & Error diagnostics.
✔Creating Target lists for sales and/or marketing.
✔Update/maintain SFDC based upon the needs of the business.
✔Develop reports and analysis from SFDC and/or other data sources to include individual / one-time requests.
Job requirements;
✔Bachelor’s degree, required
✔Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
✔Experience in SFDC, SFDC Certified Administrator preferred.
✔Experience in SFDC CRM Analytics, SAP, SAP Business Warehouse and/or Qlik is a plus.
✔Mastery of a programming language, I.e., Python is necessary.
✔Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
✔Highly analytical, meticulous with details and numerically inclined.
✔Demonstrated solid written, presentation, and verbal skills, and English fluent.
✔Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
