POSITION: Mandarin Area Supervisor
INDUSTRY: Food & Beverage

LOCATION: Taguig
WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift Monday-Saturday (8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
WORK SET UP: Work Onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES:
☑️Check Warehouses, Clients, and Distributor
☑️Checking freezers in certain places, mostly in their assigned area.
☑️Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable.
☑️Make sure business operations in their assigned area run smoothly.
☑️Building and maintaining good work relationships with the sales team and customers.
☑️Coordinate with dealers/distributors regarding problems in the market.
☑️Coordinating retail store operations
☑️Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
☑️Ensure that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
☑️Recruit and Train Sales Team especially the AE (account executives under their area.)
☑️Can lead his team.
☑️Present End month report to Sales Director and Territory Manager.
☑️Handle account executive and Conduct regular training
☑️Provide solutions to the problems in the market.

REQUIREMENTS:
☑️Fluent in Mandarin and English
☑️With HSK 5 or 6 certificate
☑️Graduate of any 4 year course.
☑️At least with 1 year experience in the same field
☑️Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
☑️Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
☑️Good communication skills.
☑️Ability to analyze large sets of data
☑️Can start ASAP
☑️Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City.
