Position: Mandarin Data Analyst
Industry: Logistics Company
Schedule: Mid shift (12:00 noon - 9:00 pm)
Location: Cebu City
Salary: P 80,000 - P 85,000

Requirements:
☑️Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing Mandarin
☑️With excellent communications skills in English
☑️With Bachelor’s Degree with any related courses
☑️With experience in logistics industry
☑️Has Customer facing experience
☑️Has Data Analysis experience

Responsibilities:
☑️Quickly develops a deep understanding of assigned and Customer processes, and how these are met within the system
☑️Builds relationships across partner organizations, serving as a subject matter expert
☑️Actively manages assigned accounts, providing timely assistance and/or guidances on how to resolve billing concerns or issues
☑️Ensures strong reasoning provided for all Audit decisions, in line with requirements; accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of analysis and reports
☑️Manages KPIs and Metrics with the goal of ultimately increasing overall customer satisfaction with products and services
☑️Ensure that actions and reports are delivered on-time and invoices are paid in a timely fashion
☑️Acts as one team, supporting other team members, actively seeking and providing feedback, participating in regular coaching and development, and building a strong team culture
☑️Proactively identifies risks or process gaps to the TL, ensuring that mitigation plans are in place, working to resolve or escalate issues a timely manner
☑️Acts as an advocate for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities and efficiencies in the rolesupply chain is an advantage
